Terms of Service

By accessing our website, submitting an application, renting a vehicle or using any Skurride Rentals service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, you may not use our services. We may update these terms at any time; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Renters must be at least 25 years old and hold a valid U.S. driver's license in good standing.

Drivers must provide proof of gig-platform activity (Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Walmart Spark, etc.) and a clean or acceptable driving record.

Skurride reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its sole discretion.

Rentals are charged by the week in full-week increments (7, 14, 21 days, etc.).

The monthly option is four weeks at a discounted rate, calculated from the vehicle's weekly price.

Payment is due before or at vehicle pickup unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late returns may incur additional daily charges at the applicable weekly rate.

Vehicles may be used only for lawful purposes and approved gig-platform driving.

Smoking, off-road use, towing, racing and transporting hazardous materials are prohibited.

Renters are responsible for tolls, traffic violations, parking tickets and any fines incurred during the rental period.

Unlimited miles are included; however, excessive or abusive mileage may be reviewed.

All rentals include basic insurance and maintenance as part of the weekly rate.

Personal (non-owners) insurance is highly recommended for faster approval and additional protection.

Renters are responsible for damage caused by negligence, misuse, failure to report an incident or driving under the influence.

Any accident or damage must be reported to Skurride within 24 hours.

Insurance, maintenance, roadside assistance, unlimited miles and a free daily car wash at participating El Car Wash locations are included.

Extras such as a tire pump may be provided based on availability.

Renters must return the vehicle in the same condition as received, ordinary wear excepted.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup may receive a full refund.

Cancellations within 48 hours of pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No refunds are issued for early returns beyond unused full weeks, at Skurride's discretion.

Skurride may terminate a rental immediately for violation of these terms, fraudulent information, reckless driving, missed payments or illegal activity.

Upon termination, the renter must return the vehicle immediately and remains liable for any outstanding charges or damage.

Skurride's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the rental period in question.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Broward County, Florida.
